Trustpilot is the worlds' biggest independent review website for registered businesses. Nowadays it's so easy to write whatever you want on your website and control the entire narrative in order to sell to people. I could be totally making up the above quote (I'm absolutely not, but I could be if I was dishonest) so Trustpilot provides an independent platform where users can go and leave anonymous (or non-anonymous) reviews. Through some wizardry in AI they also have the highest level of 'fake review detection' on the internet, so businesses can't write a bunch of their own reviews. I am the highest-rated independent guitar instructor on Trustpilot, and the only business I've ever seen with a perfect 5.0 rating.
